Het ontwerpproces van Marion Regitko is aan de hand van haar tekeningen en modellen goed te volgen. De inspiratie voor haar stoel vond zij in de wiskunde, met name in de oppervlakte geometrie. Uit deze complexe structuren wist zij een model te destilleren voor een stoel voor vier personen. Door te kiezen voor polyester kon het model in optimale vorm worden gerealiseerd. De mogelijkheden van schakeling zijn in het model al aanwezig. Dankzij de materiaalkeuze is de stoel geschikt om zowel binnen als buiten een bijzondere zitplaats te bieden.

It is easy to trace Marion Regitko’s design process through her drawings and models. Mathematics, particularly surface geometry, was the inspiration for her chair. She distilled a design for a four-person chair from these complex mathematical structures. The choice of polyester meant that the model could be realized in its optimal form. It is possible to connect one chair to another. Thanks to the choice of material, the chair offers an unusual place to sit for both interiors and exteriors.
