Titia Ex vond inspiratie in de ontspannen zit waar men al zacht schommelend een moment pauzeert. Als de stoel niet wordt gebruikt, functioneert het als object. Er zijn 3 zitplaatsen. De stoel rust op één punt en zal van nature bewegen zodra er iemand op plaatsneemt. De gebruiker zoekt zijn/haar evenwicht. Hoe groter de balans, hoe hoger de persoon kan plaatsnemen. Als beeldend kunstenaar werkt Titia Ex vanuit een brede kennis op het gebied van film, video, glas en verlichting aan een oeuvre waarin beweging, licht, realiteit en illusie belangrijke componenten vormen.

Titia Ex found inspiration in the kind of relaxed sitting when gently rocking back and forth to pause momentarily. When the chair is not in use, it functions as an object. There are three places to sit. The chair rests on one point and moves as soon as someone sits on it.
The user has to find a balance. The better the balance, the higher the person can sit. Titia Ex is a visual artist who uses her broad knowledge of film, video, glass and lighting in an oeuvre in which light, movement, reality and illusion are the major elements.
